I thought the service here was good. I went there with my Grandmother. Jefferson City doesn't have a ton of seafood options, so this place is good. All of the food was served in a timely fashion and what was hot was served hot. So no complaints. The manager came around to welcome us, and ask how our visit was. A nice experience.

Very nice restaurant. It's a great environment to sit and have lunch or dinner. The service was astounding! Our waitress gave us many baskets of biscuits, refilled our drinks often, and checked on us multiple times. The structure itself is in very good condition. It's very clean and well kept. Overall great place to stop for a good meal.

Service was slow, but the food was good. Not great, but good. The Wood Grilled tacos with tilapia lacked punch. Our Sweet Chile (fried) Shrimp were quite tasty, though, and the serving size was perfect. The crab-stuffed tilapia main dish was good, but my wife's is better.

Wife and i come here on occasion and have always had great service, food is always good. During peak times though the wait is not worth it and we typically turn away and go elsewhere. Other than that 5/5!

For not being into seafood at all I had a very enjoyable meal at Red Lobster today. I had the Ceaser salad with grilled shrimp and the clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl. Both had good flavor the soup was hot and the salad was cold and crisp and dressed perfectly. I was with my nephew he had the fried shrimp and popcorn shrimp it was very good he eat every single shrimp. We finished with the "very rich" chocolate cake warm with chocolate sauce and ice cream. Wow very rich if you are not a big desert eater order one and share. Service was over the top and friendly. It was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon we arrive right before noon and by the time we left around 1pm there was a waiting line for seats. So if you go on Sunday try and get there by noon.

Typical Midwest seafood, 45-60 min wait during lunch/dinner hours , busy at times but consistent, hot, well prepared food. Sometimes you can draw a so-so server, or management spreads the servers out thin , tends to be chilly inside , wife always brings a jacket. All in all for Jeff city it's about the only place for seafood. so we visit about once a month.

I took my brother and grandma here. My grandma unfortunately couldn't get out of the car because she can't walk. I went into the restaurant, and the girls at the front were very friendly and helpful. Rodney (the General Manager) took my order. When the food was ready they brought it out to the car. They set my brother up with a table inside. He got the royal treatment. Plenty of biscuits. He ordered the Rib-eye..which he said was delicious. My grandma ordered the Surf n Turf. She loved it! I had the Salmon which was also delish. Throughout the meal Rodney came outside to ask if we needed anything. He went above and beyond. I have to say all the employees I interacted with that day were friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit this Red Lobster again when I'm in the area.
